  1. Use the PLTNM® Card located in the first page of your guide .
  2. Present the PLTNM® Card when shopping or dinning at each merchant or restaurant until expiration, subject to individual guidelines set forth in each advertisement.
  3. Remember your card has unlimited use at each location.
  4. Use additional one-time gift cards enclosed in each PLTNM® Guide.
  5. Tell your friends and family about the best kept secret in shopping and dinning.

PLTNM Creative Media®, LLC is the publisher of the exclusive savings and map guides and website branded as PLTNM® guides and PLTNMCARD.COM.

 

Guides are printed and used for six months or one year before a new edition is released, depending on the geographic location. PLTNM® cards may be used multiple times with each merchant subject to the promotion in each ad.
